The Bemidji Community - First National Arena is a staple of this community. It hosts games, events, and thousands of people every year. So when structural supports needed attention, the work had to be done right. No shortcuts. No guesswork.
That's exactly the kind of job we show up for. We rolled out our mobile welding rig, got a scissor lift into position on the ice floor, and got up into the steel to do the work where it needed to happen. The access alone on a job like this takes planning - getting equipment into a functioning arena and working overhead at height isn't your average repair call.
The welding itself was tight, close-quarters work up in the structural steel. You can see the arc burning hot and clean against the support members. That's what solid structural welding looks like - deliberate, controlled, and built to hold. We're not just running beads to fill a gap. We're reinforcing the bones of a building that people count on.
This is what mobile welding is really about. We bring the shop to the job. Whether it's a community arena, a piece of heavy equipment, or a structure that can't be moved, we come to you with everything needed to get the weld done properly on-site. No hauling parts across town. No waiting on a fabrication shop schedule.
Facilities like this one deserve work that lasts. We're glad to play a small part in keeping Bemidji's community spaces solid and ready for whatever comes next.
